• if a company is a partner: an up to date screening of the Chamber of Commerce records and, if necessary, resolution of the competent rapresentative (Assembly or board of trustees) which authorizes the operation (note: the minutes must be exibited from the original register or consigned in an authentic extract)

• deeds of origin of the building or land ( if the origin is by inheritance it is further necessary: the hereditary succession and the publication of prospective wills)

• an up to date screening of the land register; cadastral planimetry for the buildings and extract of the map for the lands

• rights of habitableness of the buildings also amending

• certificate of practicability

• certificate of city planning for the lands

• in the case of new buildings: statement of energetic certification and postumous bail decennial (verify with the study).

LOANS

CONSTITUTION OF A PARTNERSHIP

• deed of building and land already in ownership of the deceased person;

• statement of publication of eventual wills;

• an up to date cadastre screening; planimetry cadastral for the buildings; extract of map for the lands;

PROXIES
